A man who has been charged with two felony counts of buying counterfeit Viagra from a China-based online pharmacy has been released after agreeing to plead guilty to conspiracy and money laundering.
The 26-year-old from Ningshan, N. J., pleaded guilty on Friday to conspiracy to traffic in counterfeit goods, and money laundering for illegally selling counterfeit goods.
He has admitted to several counts of trafficking in counterfeit goods, including the sale of counterfeit Viagra, which he also admitted was a controlled substance.
A plea agreement was reached between the pair, which is expected to be completed in the fourth quarter of this month.
According to a court documents, the pair were shopping at a convenience store in Ningshan, N. J., when a male in a gray suit appeared at the counter.
The man handed over a package of fake Viagra pills, which he had ordered from China. He said he bought it from the store in Ningshan.
He said he was looking for the real Viagra, and wanted to make it to a specific China store.
The man walked into the store and, when he saw that the man was male, told him he could take it. He said he didn’t want to harm himself.
When the man arrived at the pharmacy, he said he was wearing a red, blue, and green dress shirt that was in a green cap and had a white belt with a black belt and white pants.
The man said he had been taking a Viagra to buy some of the stuff that the man was selling.
The man said he had no money, and only used the blue pills for the purpose of buying the counterfeit Viagra from a Chinese pharmacy.
According to court documents, the man also purchased the fake Viagra for the sale of counterfeit goods, which he said was a controlled substance. The pair were arrested and charged.

A sentencing hearing on Thursday was set for June 29.
